Handpicked and slowly sun-dried on raised beds above two thousand meters, the coffee reveals both elegant depth and a vibrant expression of Ethiopia’s forest terroir and community spirit. The cup opens with jasmine blossom and white peach aromatics, followed by a silky body layered with golden honey sweetness and balanced stone-fruit acidity, finishing with a smooth cocoa grace.
