Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are food products, we do not accept returns on coffee or other edible goods once they have been shipped.
We are therefore unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because of taste preference or a change of mind.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at CS@ERAVACOFFEE.COM. We care deeply about your experience and will do our best to help find a fair solution.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Orders
If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at CS@ERAVACOFFEE.COM with:
1. Your order number,
2. A description of the issue,
3. Clear photos where relevant.
If we confirm that the product was incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise affected by a genuine fulfillment or quality issue, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
1. Coffee beans, ground coffee, and other consumable food products,
2. Opened food products,
3. Gift cards, if applicable.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law for goods that are delivered damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
