Every month, we curate a selection of Erava coffees from regenerative and soil-conscious farms, roasted in Rome and delivered to your door. Our subscription is designed for people who want coffee with more than flavor alone. Each coffee is chosen for its clarity, character, terroir, and the story behind how it was grown, processed, roasted, and brought to Europe.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE ERAVA SUBSCRIPTION?

Each month, your subscription will include a rotating selection from our Bossetta Blend, Roma Blend, and single origin coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia.

You may receive a seasonal favorite, a farm we are especially excited about, or a coffee that tells a deeper story about regenerative agriculture, soil health, and transparent sourcing.

Please note, our Koji Supernatural from Colombia is not included in this subscription.

Our coffees are sourced from farms and partners working with agroforestry, biodiversity, soil restoration, and more responsible farming systems. Whenever possible, we prioritize coffees shipped to Europe by sail cargo, reducing transport emissions while preserving the journey from farm to cup.

Every coffee comes with access to its Digital Product Passport through Renoon, where you can explore its origin, farm story, processing method, journey, and transparency information.

HOW IT WORKS

Sign up for your subscription before the 24th of each month.

We roast, pack, and prepare your coffee in Rome.

Subscriptions are shipped on the last Friday of the month.

Receive your coffee, brew your ritual, and enjoy.

Our coffees are roasted to highlight balance, sweetness, clarity, and origin character. They are suitable for a range of brewing styles, from espresso and moka to filter, depending on the coffee and your personal taste.

Erava currently ships within the European Union.

A SMALL NOTE

If you are purchasing additional coffee together with your subscription, we cannot guarantee that the same coffee will still be available when subscription orders are roasted and shipped at the end of the month. For the freshest and most reliable delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for one-time coffee purchases.
