Shipping policy

At Erava Coffee, we currently ship only within the European Union.

Shipping Destinations

We accept and fulfill orders for delivery addresses located within EU member states only. At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within [1–3 business days] after your order is placed. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Erava Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at CS@ERAVACOFFEE.COM . We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at CS@ERAVACOFFEE.COM and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at CS@ERAVACOFFEE.COM and include your order number and clear photos of the package and products. We will review the issue and help find a solution.
